Keret = Frame
Keresztléc = Cross bar
Golyók a tengelyeken = Balls on the axles
 
 

 The fram holds the axles.

The cross bar not only holds the axles but it also has
a big role in counting.

The axles signs the place-values.

The balls shows the numbers. Moving them is a kind of mathematical operation.
